My friend Alex drew a picture of the characters from Freddie & Me as a gift to celebrate the completion of the book. Both Alex and I have a soft spot in our hearts for the old "Handbook to the Marvel Universes" that they used to publish, though I think we identify with different eras from the series because of the difference in our age. I think he fondly remembers Volume I, which had the characters on the front of the book walking towards you, while I think back happily upon Volume II, which had the John Byrne drawings of the characters marching from left to right, and all the covers connected up into one massive drawing of a parade of grown-men wearing colorful tights. I dunno, maybe I'm wrong - I'm sure he'll chime in and correct me if I am.
